How much GTC would I have to run the event?

Do we have any other NFTs from Gitcoin or sponsors to give away on the events as a prize? - - Do we have 300$ i can potentially mint polyheads from Richard and have them as prizes, they are on Polygon and cost 5$ each plus gas. which is cheap.

We gonna have a DJ, we will need to tip him too:) i spoke with him he happy to contribute but i havent discuss the price

-how to enter IRL-right now all of us are in different places, but are there ways to participate in activities as representatives of the DAO
-how to engage with community outside of Gitcoin
-create survey for ppl attending events/ weekly DAO talk to hear feedback and see what they're interested in participating in
