What is missing or disappointing in our experience so far with the Guild?
it's sometimes hard to recommend PM guild to new people because there aren't convenient "hooks" for people to go to. The weekly meet on friday could be a presentation, or housekeeping, or discussion, it's hard to know.
How can we improve your experience within the guild?
Just keep moving forward!
When you think of “Good Vibes” in the PM Guild, what does that mean to you
Fun meets, producing stuff I am proud of, working with competent people, feeling the guild as a whole is moving forward
How can we improve our offerings to potential customers
Create more "bite sized" solutions to help people, and hook them into services for full PM help
What is missing or blocking you from being able to contribute
Not much!
What is missing or disappointing in our offerings to potential customers
It's hard to see the benefits of a retrospective unless you are part of one. Also, it's easy to lose focus on the output/improvements when projects have so many other things going on. Finally, people typically come to PM Guild for PM help, which to most people includes regular, weekly execution. We don't have anything to help people do that
