Initiative & Projects
Initiative: It is something the guild is trying to do to achieve its current objects. Initiatives are usually broader categories like On-Chain Cash Flows, DAO Operations, Community (e.g., distribution and curation), or Media Nodes. Make sure initiatives align with the DAO's Mission & Values and do your best to support its initiative and projects. You can also look to other guild's initiative and projects page to see what they're working on and if there's anything you can do to chip in. Make sure to include an initiative title and a brief description of the initiative underneath.
Projects are the things DAO members do to support initiatives. For example, the apparel drops on Metafactory and the BED Index support the On-Chain Cash Flows initiative.
Coordinator(s): These are the people that are coordinating the projects and activities that are being done to fulfil the initiative's goals.

The Legal Guild would like to prepare a global tax guide (GTG) that provides a general introduction to virtual currency-related income tax laws for major jurisdictions. The tax guide will be a living document - updated as necessary for developments in the relevant law and to include additional jurisdictions. Access to the GTG will be granted via minting a Bankless DAO TaxPunk NFT (a new member of the Bankless DAOpunks family). Anybody will be able to mint the NFT and access the tax guide for a fee.

In the course of S5, a team of legal experts will research and present a report on the top jurisdictions for Crypto Nomads. The report will include a short analysis of the Pros and Cons of each jurisdiction that is deemed worthy, and present the best destinations for people with different needs, in a generic setting along with a step-by-step guide on how one can establish themselves in this new nomad friendly jurisdiction. To conclude, the report will highlight the main steps one needs to take to change jurisdictions and point them to the bDAO Legal guild for further queries.

DAO wrappers impose varying degrees of centralization and regulatory requirements that can create friction in DAO operation. Adoption of a legal wrapper should ensure any legal entity(ies) created properly protects the intended members, activities, and assets.
