According to our evaluation, this proposal shouldn’t be considered as an emergency proposal. No DAO funds are at Risk; the value of said tokens are $15K at the time of publishing the proposal. If not executed proposal the DAO is opening doors to many front-running opportunities.

We believe the bounty program for @encodeclub could bring value to Euler DAO and attract more developers to build on the Euler Protocol. However, the Proposers fail to underline who they are and lay critical indicators to measure if the programme is successful or keep the Encode club accountable. This might be because they have relied on their previous 'Rep' generated from high-profile events and hackathons. This added to the fact that Euler emerged from one of Encode hackathons.

This was a varied position within the SAFE delegation, but ultimately we voted to abstain because of the way the proposal passed through the governance process. The proposal was pushed through the process as quickly as possible even when constructive feedback was given, and even when other proposals were currently in the pipeline in front of it. It could have benefited from some soft consensus and development, but it felt like the SAFE team wanted to get it on the books more than get the DAO involved.

We appreciate the work PL has been doing; drafting the 1B(ridge) proposal to address delegates' concerns is great.
Having the board in place is a no-brainer as it provides that additional oversight. There was other notable feedback from delegates during meetings and it is good to see PL implement them in this 1B (ridge) proposal.
Also, to further reiterate one of the suggestions from @immuteablelawyer, a compensation structure for the board is nice to have and will foster better commitment. Looking forward to more documentation from the team and the success of this initiative.
