Grants committee is dictating 75K Coordinape max for each guild
Our initial budget proposal had 100K; we'll move to 75K
S2 Coordinape - Season comp payouts Jan 10th or later...
Coordinape submissions to start Jan 3rd
Google Form to begin 27 Dec & last through 04 Jan (gather contributors)
Coordinape to begin 04 Jan & last through 10 Jan (allocate GIVE)
Distribution to follow immediately following the end of Season / end of Coordinape
Guild Roles - Permanent role applications & how
Spread the word - we need more applicants to raise their hand for these roles
S3 Focus - Build the team, improve our meeting effectivness
Double the number of active team members
Systems - refine systems & processes
Ninjaz - big role. Can we break it up into legs and have specialists? Would that make it more efficient and less time-intensive for everyone?
Attendance - continues to be an issue
We don't need 100% attendance, but we do need more engagement
Tracking relationships is a continuing challenge, and we can't do this successfully without good attendance
Talent Scouting & Guild Onboarding -
This is a key role for us going forward
Everyone with an external DAO relationship should be a contributor to the guild

Viking: Polygon would like DAOlationships to become a sub-dao of DAO’s and is willing to with with me to build that out for both our brands
Ecosystem project - final announcements almost complete, final pieces coming together. Next week we will be looking for steady positions to be filled
S3 Budget: sent to committee
Related progress with the DRM: we are now scoping a project big enough to fund, different than other silos already underway
Index Coop: GMI is ready to launch; Index wants to do an AMA style presentation to Bankless community similar to what Copper launch did this week.
Copper Launch AMA hosted by NFThinker: great success; 250+ attendees (some were bots?). Lots of energy & good engagement
