DD123 is a lawyer from India.

Lorena is from Argentina. She is experienced with different protocols.

MrMogget is a lawyer from the US. He is into M&A, corporate governance etc.

Decentralized Law Newsletter

We have the ideas fixed and even the interview is scheduled for the first issue of January.

The second newsletter (January) topic is basically about the perfect issue of a coin.

Hiro stated that he is planning to have meetings (bi-weekly) which will keep the contributors up to date.

Hiro will be speaking to crypto bushi and the punk will be prepared by 15 January 2022.

Eagle is writing an article on GRO finance.

Hiro explained how the newsletter functions and stated that there will be a proper effort to streamline functions from next season.

MDLawyer proposed that there should be regional correspondents who basically cover regional news.

Slf stated that we can even reach out to readers to contribute further.

White Paper

The stuff needs to be added now. The drafts should be added by tomorrow.

Next Season

Tax Consultancy (Lion917, TaxPanda): The proposal is already up on the forum and it will be a taxation map on multiple jurisdictions. Eagle urged everyone to vote. We will start with a few jurisdictions and add more jurisdictions in the coming seasons.

Podcast: A podcast idea was discussed. It will be 30 minutes legal discussion and the host will have to be someone with a public identity. DD123 volunteered to help out with the podcast. The proposal requires further thought and comebackkid will further work on the proposal. Lorena also spoke about the logistics. Slf Svgn spoke about the synergy between the podcast and the newsletter.

Comebackkid spoke about the idea and stated his ideas on durations etc. We will be waiting for the proposal. There can be issue-specific podcasts that basically answer the questions that the audience face. He is inclined towards the audio format.  

Roles: A proposal on roles has been prepared and the budget has been located. Eagle elaborated upon the roles mentioned in the budget. There will be a 75K coordinape round at the end of the season. Eagle will present a proposal for roles and there will be a vote on the proposal by the guild.

Twitter: Eagle stated that we can also have a Twitter account.

Other News

Blackfyre spoke about his new security/audit DAO (White Hat DAO). He gave a brief about his idea. He wants to provide safety ratings to crypto projects.
