IMN micro roles

Justification

The goal is to allow more contributors to dip their toes into co-ordinating the IMN project as well as to assess the need and scope of roles in the IMN team for S3

Specification

The Micro roles will run in the month of December and will consist of 4 major areas.

BizDev Coordinator (4000 BANK)

Orchestrate co-ordination between different internal & external actors to deliver crypto or in-kind benefits to all the nodes as well as work with other projects or guilds to sync on grant structuring and delivery

Marketing Coordinator (4000 BANK)

Develop & manage the IMN landing page with the goal of using it as a banner for all project stats, visualizations, updates, etc as well as co-ordinate social media activity as well as actions with different guilds and projects to deliver greater visibility for the IMN project both internally and externally

OPS (2000 BANK) (role may be split into 2)

Assist the IMN team by verifying the validity of information as well as writing notes during IMN meetings and in other operational matters deemed necessary.

Cartographer (4000 BANK)

Work with each node to identify all the key actors within the node and make a map of talent available by the end of the season. Attend the cartographers meetings to ensure that the IMN project is in sync with the rest of the DAO.

Terms

Each member is can work independently or as a team, as long as the benefit of the IMN project is given priority.

The IMN team is accountable to the node champions and each other.

The IMN team will participate in regular meetings to sync information between themselves and tackle any challenges which might arise
