- To support this create a temp gov structure to solve these challenges
- Smaller group to enable efficiency WITHOUT overly difficult governance
- This group would then surface this to the DAO for approval.
- This is about supporting action, through decision making and funding.
- It is also temporary
- tlBANK holders, are bank holders, and are involved and plugged in.
- If we don’t do something we will burn out and end regardless
- The game of the DAO is broken right now, and no impact can be had.
- There isn’t anything binding, because there is no funding.

- The incentive mechanism wasn’t working, so why should we restart it?
- The multisig and future proposals should try and empower the DAO and be explicit, clear and fair.
- We need to be careful, because this may create the new problems that we build upon
