      1. We had onboarding session with a lot of folks last week and we appreciate people turning up. This Tuesday August 22nd at 5pmUTC will be the last one for the season.

    3. Council of Writer’s meeting time - the end of season is always a good time to reassess meeting times. Let’s discuss!
        • CoolCat: We haven't had a great turnout this session, and we could have done better. We've moved the time a few seasons, so maybe it's best to leave it as is. However, it would be helpful if the role holders could share their availability.
        • HiroKennelly: We should do it in a way members will let us know if they will attend the meeting or not.
        • WinVerse: A form will be created before the end of today August 21 for members to fill their time availability for the meeting and it will be open till Friday before the Community Call,Kindly check the writers general channel to fill the form.
    4. Telegram, X, something else? We should create a community somewhere outside Discord to connect with each other. This will help with better networking and create an alternative in case Discord rugs (Comment from HiroKennelly)
    5. There should be more discussion topics for Season 9, beyond the role holders' updates in every weekly meeting. We can talk about more interesting stuff like bringing topics to discuss about.(WinVerse suggestion)
