Basically my (Maxwell) thinking here is that our essential intent is to empower communities to fund their shared needs. By creating a legible map of current web3 funding options, we are empowering communities to fund their shared needs in a very tangible way. 

This would also be an extremely pluralistic thing to do, and it aligns with the value of subtraction from the EF. Basically we, as Gitcoin, want to create a world where every community is able to fund their shared needs. This map would help us do that!
