Legal wrapper:
- Four initial volunteers (including bradwell, theresacd) to take part in the Bankless legal wrapper project
- Please reach out to lawpanda if you are interested in joining the project
- Bankless loans and bankless cards – they need legal wrappers (we, as a guild, may help them with research)
- Bankless card – project aiming at issuing a debit card (top-up card) that would allow to charge it with fiat money and then get cash-back in bdao tokens; the project needs a legal wrapper to enter into certain contracts needed to finalize this project (btw, Bankless Consulting already has a wrapper in the form of an LLC); without a legal wrapper it’s not possible to issue the card
- Dapp loans – that project will also need a legal wrapper

- Role of the Legal Guild and whether we should engage in legal advice
- What we need to as the Legal Guild:
- Disclaimer (who we are and what we do)
- Directory of lawyers so that potential clients could find a lawyer from a given jurisdictions
- Maybe we should follow the example of LEXDao? Doxing of members
- We should work out our official policy (COYSrUS, teresacd)
- Find a lawyer channel
