-Acknowledgement of writers’ submissions will be within 7 days. The Lead Staff Editor will make contact with the author within in that timeframe.
-Assessment of publication and content editing (for pieces assessed as publishable) will take place after this initial contact is made.
-Lead Staff Editor trewkat will assign editing roles in consultation with the group and based on availability and fair distribution.
-Staff Editors assigned to content edits will manage communication with the author up until acceptance of content edits and assessment that the piece is ready for copy editing. The Staff Editor should move the card from Content Edit to Awaiting Author Response to Ready for Copy at the appropriate times.
-Once the Copy Edit is completed by a Copy Editor, the item is moved to the Cargo Bay by a Staff Editor.
-Cargo Bay is managed by HiroKennelly and Kornekt.
