Intro
Onboarding in an organization is a crucial factor in engaging talents and retain your members. Even though the greatest onboarding experience is characterzied by personal exchange, lively debates and thoughtfull conversations, a structured onboarding flow and documentation about the whole procoess must not be forgotten. For this reason, the ā€œOnboarding Governanceā€ micro role should support the Guild and Onboarding team working on these key elements.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Onboarding team in their daily work regarding Onboarding meetings
  • Documentation and formalization of existing Onboarding processes
Tasks
  • Defining the interview questions important to understand the status quo
  • Work on improvment suggestions regarding the Guild’s onboarding
  • Propose this vision to the team
  • Implement the proposed Onboarding workflow
