This role description should give everybody in the guild an idea, what responsibilities and tasks the micro role āOnboarding Governanceā should cover.
Intro
Onboarding in an organization is a crucial factor in engaging talents and retain your members. Even though the greatest onboarding experience is characterzied by personal exchange, lively debates and thoughtfull conversations, a structured onboarding flow and documentation about the whole procoess must not be forgotten. For this reason, the āOnboarding Governanceā micro role should support the Guild and Onboarding team working on these key elements.
Responsibilities
- Support the Onboarding team in their daily work regarding Onboarding meetings
- Documentation and formalization of existing Onboarding processes
Tasks
- Create an overview/flow chart of the current onboarding process in the guild by talking interviewing the Onboarding team and core members of the guild ((https://www.quorumnewsletter.xyz/onboarding-in-daos-a-three-sieve-method-for-more-transparent-onboarding/)
- Defining the interview questions important to understand the status quo
- Document the findings in a process overview/flow chart (https://mirror.xyz/media.sobol.eth/wX2TBIdTZTR0t7K5y2qzDIi-U15nfacBhItMIbaawBU?)
- Work on improvment suggestions regarding the Guildās onboarding
- Propose this vision to the team
- Implement the proposed Onboarding workflow
