Rational for KPIs
Once we have a product live, we can begin to measure usage KPIs like polls-created, new server installs, and total voter registrations. But until then, we are simply heads down creating the product. This season, the KPI is simply "can the MVP of this product be built".
Moreover, this project includes research. We want to discover new information about how DAOs and Projects govern themselves to understand where we can best fit our product. It could very well be that this product is before its time and the research will go towards understanding that.
