Marketing Plan (From Mid-Q3 2024)
This marketing plan is designed to span mid-Q3 2024 until Q1 2025. This is a period of about 8 months.
Objective
To achieve product-market fit for MWW, increasing its product user base from 1,000 to 2,000 users, with an 85%≥ retention rate. We expect to achieve these at the end of Q1 2025.
Positioning & Messaging
Value Proposition
MWW simplifies the scheduling process for solopreneurs and cross-org workers across the web2 and web3 spaces. They often face difficulties with easily scheduling meetings with clients and colleagues, impacting their productivity negatively.
Target Audience
- Cross-Org Workers:
They juggle multiple roles across various organizations, each with its own scheduling demands. MWW simplifies this chaos by syncing all their calendars in one place, avoiding conflicts and saving them precious time. Also, MWW helps them schedule more easily, without backs and forth with its group scheduling solution.
- Solopreneurs:
They wear many hats and need a scheduling tool that keeps up. With MWW, they can schedule with ease, stay organized, and stay very productive.
- Digital Nomads (Secondary Audience):
They crave flexibility and freedom, yet scheduling across multiple time zones can be a real pain. MWW offers a scheduling solution that adapts to their lifestyle.

We’ll share content across social media channels and email newsletters that explains the pain points of our target audience and shows them the solutions. This will build knowability, likability, and trust for MWW.
Referral Program: We can offer incentives for current users to refer new users. These incentives could include exclusive features or limited-time premium access.
- Cold outreach:
We can reach out to potential users in forums, communities, and on social media, to learn about their needs and offer MWW as the best solution.
- Free Plan Off For a Limited time
This is to fully help the company spread and build more user acquisition. We turn engaged leads into paying customers or loyal users by using free plan offers to boost user retention and brand loyalty. This is currently in motion as some early believers within RnDAO has been given access to the PRO account for some time. We can still occassionally do it for lucky users. Also, we can use it as a reward during contests.
After the trial period, the user can get 50% discount on first subscription. Meaning, they have to pay $15/year instead of $30/year for the first year.
Community Activation and Engagement
Revive the discord community: We will clear off spam content, create a channel for MWW’s official links, and lock the socials channel for announcements only. Also, we will kickstart discussions and reauesy feedback from the community members.
Events: We’ll organize Discord events (like community-led discussions) to re-introduce MWW to the community, discuss topics around decentralized project management and scheduling,, etc., to foster engagement and growth. We can also partner with KOLs and web3 communities to co-host spaces.
Challenges or contests: These contests can span thread contests, best-use-case competitions, and meme contests (this can happen in the long run)
User Retention
We’ll keep learning how we can improve the experience by requesting feedback from existing users, to keep them glued and loyal to MWW.
We can simplify the onboarding process with easy-to-follow guides and videos, to reduce user churn by 20% and maintain a 30-day retention rate of 60%.
We’ll also ensure that the support team is very active.
