Hello!
I’m Gian, the project lead for Forefront’s DAOlloween Party.
The Forefront crew and I would like to invite your DAO to be part of the festivities!
DAOlloween is a paid Halloween party by Forefront where NFT ticket holders have access to a private Discord where all activities will be held. Activities include games, DJ sets, a costume contest, some airdrops, and more.
Part of the activities during the party will be called “Trick or Treat” where attendees will be invited to visit Houses. You can think of it as your sponsor booth in IRL events, where you may have a stamp card or something to fill up, in order to possibly win tickets to next year’s event. There will be a raffle too, with FF tokens to be given away.
With this activity, we aim to introduce our attendees to different DAOs. We think that this would be beneficial to your DAO as well!
ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE: You may check out a sample here
- Visit a Gather town featuring all the DAOs’ houses (links to their websites) to learn more about them
- Look for the link to the quiz (to be provided by Forefront), and answer it
- Once successful, the attendee can claim a POAP for the DAO’s house through a link.
- Go back to the Trick or Treat Discord channel to look for the link to register for a raffle.
- This means that more DAO Houses visited = more POAPs collected = more chances of winning!
WHAT WE’LL NEED FROM YOUR DAO
- A link to a website, docs, public Notion, etc. where anyone can know more about your DAO. You may also consider sending a poster / infographic (JPG / PNG), or video (link).

- Optional: A space in Gather
- You may decorate your own Gather space, and we’ll link it to ours through a portal.
- Attendees will be redirected to your space once they enter the portal in our space.
- A list of questions about your DAO
- Maximum of 7 questions
- Must be answerable by going to your DAO’s website.
- A POAP design
- Optional: Your DAO’s tokens
- We’ll be adding this to the prize pool.
- We’ll be doing a raffle with 1 grand winner and 5 consolation prizes
