Fee Allocation and Experimentation: Six months after launch, fees will be assessed and allocated based on cumulative data.

Governance: An alliance of partners, including Protocol Guild, Public Nouns, Clr.fund, Giveth and Gitcoin, will serve as the governing body responsible for allocating the network's sequencer fees.
