    5. New Project
      1. ideas?
        1. fund before end of season: Members with new ideas for projects that can be spun up relatively fast before the end of the season(during the last few weeks) can bring them in and submit them to the guild coordinator.
    6. New incentives
      1. how should we incorporate writing incentives into membership levels?
      2. AustinFoss mentioned the use of a writing/editing test for incentivization; the use of standard guidelines for writing/ submitting a piece/article for publication or incorporating something related to the editing framework for writing too such as step processes for submission. He mentioned that writers that also discuss this async.
  1. Guild Updates
    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson1): The talent management office hours is at the usual hours, Tuesdays 5:00pm UTC and new members are welcome to join in the meeting. There are also new joiner forms for new members of the guild to fill so as to add in their information to the guild’s database and also for the purpose of payouts.
    2. Treasurer (Austin Foss): The treasurer, AustinFoss, suggested that April payments be extended by a week to include bounties and tasks completed in the first week of May. Tomahawk and Coolcat each weighed in their 2 BANK and AustinFoss decided to gain more opinions from other members async. Austin also mentioned that there’s a probability of a reduction in Scribe and Scribbler count probably due to incompletion of tasks. CoolCat responded to this by explaining the different tags, their current count and mentioned that the counts are still in good shape. The treasurer also noted that he doesn’t have project and payment updates yet and encouraged respective sectors to do the needful.
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat): There are 2 live polls - multi-sig ratio proposal and writer’s cohort coordinape funding, which Scribes were encouraged to go vote on before it closes. CoolCat also noted the governance polls forum where scribes can easily go to view and vote on the polls.
    4. Education (Tomahawk): Members can scroll up in the channels and take on the editing tests which are basically fun. The Point of Clarity meeting is also being considered for a time rescheduling due to the inability of most members to meet the time and for accommodation of more people. Keep an eye on the worducation channel for new updates!
    5. Marketing Coordinator (WinVerse):
    6. Notion Admin (Trewkat): make sure your notion handle match your discord username
