Split/share yield to chosen address or ENS

Idea Description

To have the option to add an address to earn a chosen percentage of yield earned for a user. This idea comes from wanting to share or stream yield to support an artist, whether in the NFT space or irl, like Patreon. Assigned address could withdraw anytime independent of vault user. Example: User deposits DAI in yvDAI. User then wants to support an artist by setting 10% of yvDAI yield to be available to the artist's address to withdraw in DAI at any time.
