  1. Would they recommend the learning program to other students
  1. Students want to use this to have a say in their school –> What kind of issues the kids really care about? Useful to know: level of previous organization. In case: what level of demand they would have for this product?
  1. Is the entrance barrier too high? eg. Tech understanding, governance and management concepts, time barriers, language (for non native English speakers

2. Aaron’s research on technical landscape
How to bring the solution through microsoft/google (not a big deal, they already have integration platforms) We can integrate in the process of how to create a successful campaign (step X: create a DAO) Surveying and Polling apps are focused on in-class participation. We probably won’t consider them as a competitor, make sure they don’t consider us competitors, that they understand that we solve a unique problem There’s only one election app for students: election runner (focused on elections on the students body level) Conclusion: there are no private, for profit, non blockchain projects that we can consider as competitors
  1. Organizational structure
  • Governance: 1 man 1 vote
  • When we have funds link contribution to governance power Remuneration: - Everyone has to declare how much time they will put in the project
  • Every week everbody shows what they have done
  • Once funds come in, they are shared proportionally to the work done
  • Legal: - Non profit mirrored to a DAO
  1. *****************Tasklist:******************
  • Figure out tokenomics (?)
  • School Outreach (Fintan)
  • Refine the education program (Fintan, Paolo)
  • Fix notion (Paolo)
