- Full description: CollabBerry is building a Performance-Based Economic Layerāa protocol that measures, attributes, and unlocks value in decentralized work through peer-to-peer assessments, AI-driven agreements, and tokenized human labor for providing Shared Ownered Ecosystems. Performance today is often mispriced and misrecognizedācontributions like strategy, coordination, and innovation rarely get the attribution they deserve. With CollabBerry, contributors and organizations set person-to-organization agreements, where value is dynamically attributed based on qualitative and quantitative assessments. Inspired by Protocols for Post-Capitalist Expression, we envision a programmable labor economy, where AI agents and Web3 infrastructure trace, measure, and settle agreementsāfrom execution to impact. This system would dynamically regulate token emissions, ensuring that performance-based compensation aligns with the demand for tokenized utilities and commodities.
