  1. Please briefly describe how you plan on allocating the grant amount given to you if accepted.
    1. We will use the grant to fund development and user research. The majority will go toward paying our development team to build the AI Agent module, integrate onchain agreements, and deploy Collabberry on Polygon. Meanwhile, our customer development team will conduct user research interviews to refine the AI’s approach and ensure it effectively addresses real team needs. This balance ensures both technical execution and strong user alignment.
  1. If approved, your grant funding will be split into three tranches:
    1. Tranche 1: Upon onboarding and agreeing on milestones to be completed.
    2. Tranche 2: After significant progress on the project, e.g. after MVP completion.
    3. Tranche 3: Upon completing all deliverables and submitting a final report.
