Story Telling

Story Telling

We have to create a plausible story that inspires the founder / DAO leader to evangelize team about Collabberry. Collabberry has to be positioned as a “Must Have” instead of “Nice to Have”.
GOAL: Get lead so exited about Collabberry that they invite team on the call
Core Themes to Validate
  • Better Narrative
    • Current storytelling around TP lacks emotional pull or clarity
    • Consider renaming it to "Sweat Points" for clarity: Highlights effort, grit, and tangible contribution
    • Make it inspirational yet grounded → less abstract, more human.
    •
  • TP as Future Value & Trust
    • TP represents future value and trust in the system.
    • There is a need for education on equity and ownership.
      • bridge this with relatable analogies and stories.
      •
  • TP as a Promise of Value
    • Highlight how early employees in Web2 companies benefited from equity when companies IPOed.
    • Develop content that shows the journey from contributing TP in a bootstrapped venture to later success ("hero" stage).
    • Show how VCs see a good cap table as a green flag

Storytelling Beats
  1. Hook
      • Grab attention, personal angle
  1. Journey
      • Paint the arc:
        • Struggle: Bootstrapped ventures, limited resources, big dreams.
        • Action: Earning TP through contribution—coding, community-building, ideation.
        • missing partReward: Success of the venture unlocks TP’s value (e.g., tokenization, revenue share, governance power).
      • Use examples to illustrate
      • Visual Storytelling
        • Example from investment sales talk
          • Take out a piece of paper, draw two circles; you can put money in here and this will happen, or put it in here and that will happen ⭕️⭕️ Which of these two circles would you prefer? … Great, why don’t we get started with that right away? -> onboarding (in this example, the customer has explicitly agreed)
          • In our case we have to get explicit agreement that they want sweat and will invite team
  1. Call to Action
      • Invite your team now - Inspire to invite team
      • Provide clear next steps

Persona Targets
  1. Classic Founder
    1. Experienced
    2. Unexperienced
    3. Bootstrappers
  1. Regen
  1. Degen
  1. DAO Rulers
  1. DAO Greenhorns
  1. Network States Pioneer
Personas Excluding
  1. Series A funded founders (They have already another model)
  1. Developers (They are not the driver of the team)
  1. Community/social media managers (Not decision-makers)
