Oasis

Context: Collabberry (AS-IS) is a compensation tool for early-stage teams and DAOs, seeking to achieve fairness, trust, and alignment of incentives between contributors and core teams. It tokenizes sweat equity—solving one of the most persistent problems in Web3 (and Web2): misaligned incentives and low contributor engagement. By enabling contribution in exchange for sweat equity tokens, Collabberry helps teams increase participation, retain talent, and build long-term alignment. Collabberry is incubated by RnDAO,
  1. What would you like to build on Oasis?
    1. We propose the developing of the Oasis Accountability Protocol, a privacy-preserving infrastructure that enables human and organizational accountability through the integration of Web3 and AI technologies.
      Our system combines:
      • Quantitative Accountability: Utilizing Web3 primitives, we implement tokenized contribution proofs (TPs) to create transparent, immutable records of individual and team contributions. This TPs are primitives to build organizational dynamic equity (cap table) and/or other utilities depending on the scope of the organization using our protocol.
      • Qualitative Accountability: Through AI agents trained in coaching, feedback analysis, and conflict mediation, we facilitate structured reflection and interpersonal feedback, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
By leveraging Oasis's confidential smart contracts, we ensure that sensitive data related to contributions and feedback remains private, accessible only to authorized parties.

  1. Does your solution utilize any of the specific privacy features that are unique to Oasis? Read about Oasis Network Features here. *
    1. Yes, our solution is designed to leverage Oasis's unique privacy features, particularly the Sapphire ParaTime, to ensure confidentiality in sensitive organizational processes.
      Key integrations include:
      • Confidential Smart Contracts: Storing and computing over sensitive data such as contributor agreements, feedback, and performance evaluations securely.
      • Private Data Handling: Ensuring that personal and organizational data remains confidential, fostering a safe environment for honest feedback and accountability.
      • Secure AI Processing: Utilizing Oasis's confidential compute capabilities to process qualitative feedback through AI agents without compromising individual privacy.
These features are essential for building trust within organizations and ensuring that accountability mechanisms do not compromise personal or organizational privacy.
  1. Describe your development plan for the next 12 months*
    1. Our 12-month plan balances deep research, applied prototyping, and ecosystem alignment, as we explore how Oasis’s privacy infrastructure can unlock new standards for accountable and humane coordination in Web3.
      Month 1 — Research & Exploration
We will begin with a focused research sprint into the Oasis tech stack — particularly:
      • The Sapphire ParaTime and its confidential compute model.
      • Oasis tools and best practices for secure AI agent integration.
      • Oasis tech stack for confidential smart contract patterns for sensitive human data (feedback, agreements, etc.).
      This phase includes:
      • Weekly syncs with Oasis tech support (assuming 1–2 hrs/week availability if/when possible).
      • Understanding and building internal knowledge base and documentation.
      • Producing a "Privacy for Accountable Orgs" reference architecture to guide design choices across Web3 + AI systems.
We assume support from Oasis will include technical office hours, reference examples, and access to emerging SDKs/APIs for confidential AI or key management (subject to confirmation).
      Months 2-6 — MVP Development
We’ll design and deploy the first working prototype of the Oasis Accountability Protocol:
      • Collabberry Beta Deployment: we’ll bring our production product to Oasis Sapphire, making sure sensitive data (Collabberry Agreements & Peer Feedbacks) will be stored with the right confidentiality and permissions based on organization’s processes.
      • Confidenciality Features (Quantitative layer):
        • A key component in Collabberry’s Product is our P2P review process that delivers feedback to each contributor about their performance. Current solution provide open feedbacks to the whole team. We’ll upgrade this feature with Oasis Saphire to disclose only the aggregated result of the P2P session, both quantitative (rating result) and qualitative (aggregating text with LLMs capabilities).
      • HR AI Agent (Qualitative layer):
        • We are including in our Collabberry strategy the development of an AI Agent to cover some Human Resources functions interface for new team onboarding, values alignment, and feedback loops — emphasizing relational accountability rather than surveillance. This will prototype on existing LLM APIs, with the intent to transition toward privacy-enhanced compute using Oasis.
This phase will focus on providing early usability testing in partner orgs. We’ll target a Mainnet Deployment by the end of month 6.
Months 7-10 — Ecosystem Partnerships & Feedback Loops
With the MVP active, we’ll deepen ecosystem integration:
      • Piloting with aligned communities (e.g., within RnDAO, Gitcoin, MetaGov, and refiDAO ecosystems).
      • Online Events / Podcasts to present the confidentiality capabilities that Oasis is bringing to Collabberry.
      • Refining the AI agent’s behavior and boundaries based on real-world use cases and user trust needs.
We'll also begin exploring ethical frameworks and community-informed governance for how feedback data is stored, surfaced, or acted on.
🚀 Months 11-12 — Platform Stability and Legal
      Final phase includes:
      • User onboarding toolkit for small orgs and DAOs.
      • Strategic focus on adoption: publishing case studies, opening dev APIs, and growing a contributor community around accountability innovation.
      • To Explore with Oasis and its ecosystems further coordination and partnerships.
      • To explore the legal compliance and options that will bes suit Collabberry confidentiality capabilities enabled by Oasis.
  1. Team Background*
    1. Milena Monova – Former CTO of Aut Labs, with 8+ years in development and leadership across Web2 and Web3.
    2. Nickolay Andonov – Product strategist with 15+ years building and scaling startups, specializing in operations and culture
    3. Cansy – UI/UX designer with 15+ years of experience, focused on intuitive Web3 design and user research.
    4. Gustavo Segovia – MBA & Telco Engineer, Blockchain & governance though leader since 2017 and contributor to Aragon, Giveth, MetaGame, GoodDollar, DAO Education. Founder of Coh3rence.
    5. Iulia – Frontend developer with 5+ years experience, passionate about accessible and user-friendly Web3 apps.
    6. Daniel Ospina (Advisor) – Org design expert and former Head of Governance at Aragon; advisor to multiple Web3 projects.
  1. How do you plan to acquire users?*
    1. Ecosystem Partnerships - we already have 5 organizations using the app from the RnDAO community, our marketing strategy will now expand to other similar communities.
    2. Hackathon Presence & Sponsorships: we are already in conversations with d/acc grant providers that would help us take an important representation in ETHGlobal Hackathons.
    3. We're a part of the community of Allo.capital (Gitcoin), and plan on acquiring users from their funded projects as they are in our target group.
    4. Our go to market includes also Incubators, accelerators, venture studios and other VC oriented organizations.
  1. What is your business model?*
    1. We are still in our PMF phase, so while our product is free for use, since we have funds from grants and projected partenerships with Allo.Capital.
After PMF, we’ll explore and tune freemium subscription models where organizations will (e.g.) be served with limited features on both accounting & accountability capabilities, while invited to pay for expanded capabilities. The success of this partnership with Oasis will allow us to include the confidentiality capabilities into the paying subscription.

  1. Planned funding allocation*
We need 40 000k for the development of our roadmap and sustain the technical team, and 10 000 for funding our marketing campaign.
