Collabberry (AS-IS) is a compensation tool for early-stage teams and DAOs, seeking to achieve fairness, trust, and alignment of incentives between contributors and core teams. It tokenizes sweat equity—solving one of the most persistent problems in Web3 (and Web2): misaligned incentives and low contributor engagement. By enabling contribution in exchange for sweat equity tokens, Collabberry helps teams increase participation, retain talent, and build long-term alignment.

- Quantitative Accountability: Utilizing Web3 primitives, we implement tokenized contribution proofs (TPs) to create transparent, immutable records of individual and team contributions. This TPs are primitives to build organizational dynamic equity (cap table) and/or other utilities depending on the scope of the organization using our protocol.
- Qualitative Accountability: Through AI agents trained in coaching, feedback analysis, and conflict mediation, we facilitate structured reflection and interpersonal feedback, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

Months 2-6 — MVP Development
We’ll design and deploy the first working prototype of the Oasis Accountability Protocol:
A key component in Collabberry’s Product is our P2P review process that delivers feedback to each contributor about their performance. Current solution provide open feedbacks to the whole team. We’ll upgrade this feature with Oasis Saphire to disclose only the aggregated result of the P2P session, both quantitative (rating result) and qualitative (aggregating text with LLMs capabilities).
We are including in our Collabberry strategy the development of an AI Agent to cover some Human Resources functions interface for new team onboarding, values alignment, and feedback loops — emphasizing relational accountability rather than surveillance. This will prototype on existing LLM APIs, with the intent to transition toward privacy-enhanced compute using Oasis.
This phase will focus on providing early usability testing in partner orgs. We’ll target a Mainnet Deployment by the end of month 6.

- Ecosystem Partnerships - we already have 5 organizations using the app from the RnDAO community, our marketing strategy will now expand to other similar communities.

- We're a part of the community of Allo.capital (Gitcoin), and plan on acquiring users from their funded projects as they are in our target group.

We are still in our PMF phase, so while our product is free for use, since we have funds from grants and projected partenerships with Allo.Capital.
After PMF, we’ll explore and tune freemium subscription models where organizations will (e.g.) be served with limited features on both accounting & accountability capabilities, while invited to pay for expanded capabilities. The success of this partnership with Oasis will allow us to include the confidentiality capabilities into the paying subscription.
