When I click on Schedule, instead of sending me to the users public calendar, it’s sending me to a page for the in-app scheduling. This is not how this should work. And this shows a calendar for picking availability that has no availability.

I guess this is broken because this is more like trying to schedule a meeting with yourself within your account.
