Developer (Next.js / TypeScript)

Help us build the scheduling & payments tool for the future of work.
🚀 About this Role
At Meetwith.xyz, we’re rethinking how freelancers, coaches, and DAO contributors manage their time and get paid. We're looking for a founding engineer who can bring our product to life through thoughtful front-end experiences and clean, scalable back-end code.
You’ll be building in public with a lean team, shaping the product from MVP to scale. You’ll work across the stack (with a front-end focus) to ship features, co-create with users, and lay the technical foundation for a powerful, privacy-first work tool.
💡 This is an equity-based role for a high-agency builder — not just a dev for hire, but a co-creator and future owner.
🧩 What You’ll Do
  • âś… Build new features using Next.js, TypeScript, modern web tooling, and soon EVM.
  • âś… Integrate payment systems (fiat & crypto), authentication, and multi-calendar syncing.
  • âś… Collaborate with the product team, translating user feedback into elegant functionality.
  • âś… Work across the stack when needed — from simple APIs to lightweight backend services.
  • âś… Contribute to architecture decisions as we evolve the product and data model.
  • ✅ Ensure test coverage, and build a resilient product.
🧠 Who You Are
  • You’re a full-stack-capable — Frontend heavy capabale with working with Next.js and TypeScript.
  • You have experience shipping features independently and care deeply about a product that works and has impact.
  • You love working in early-stage environments where you're trusted to take ownership.
  • You thrive in async workflows, enjoy co-building with users, and want to own part of what you’re building.
  • You’re excited about tools for freelancers, creators, coaches, and DAO contributors — or you are one yourself.
  • You bring principled decision-making and a deep sense of responsibility to every project — we can count on you to deliver what matters.
  • You value clear communication and a strong bias for action, ensuring progress even in ambiguity.
Nice to have:
  • Experience building DApps, implementing authentication flows, or working with platforms like Supabase.
  • Understanding of end-to-end encrypted or privacy-focused application design.
  • Experience integrating with external scheduling services such as Google Calendar, Office 365, Zoom, Huddle, etc.
🌍 About Meetwith
The problem:
Emma is a freelance UX designer working with 3 startups and running paid coaching calls. She juggles Calendly, Stripe, Google Calendar, and Doodle—just to get paid and manage time. None of these tools are built for her.
Our solution:
Meetwith is an all-in-one scheduling + payments tool built for fluid work. Schedule across orgs, manage groups, get paid in crypto or fiat, and maintain privacy with end-to-end encryption.
Our vision:
As AI agents start managing tasks and negotiations, they’ll need permission-aware access to your relationships. Meetwith’s "work relationship graph" becomes the trusted infrastructure for secure collaboration across fluid teams.
Traction:
Over 5,000 meetings scheduled with Meetwith. Recent grants from Celo and Arbitrum to accelerate momentum and build the paid meetings functionality, integrating stablecoins
đź’Ž Why Join Meetwith?
  • Become a co-owner, not just a dev-for-hire. We're building something for the long run and want you in the cap table.
  • Fully async, remote, and flexible — work from anywhere, on your terms.
  • Real product ownership — help decide what gets built and how.
  • Build in public with a thoughtful, mission-driven team inside RnDAO.
We’re not offering a job. We’re offering a chance to co-create and co-own a product reshaping how independent workers operate.
👇 How to Apply:
  1. Fill out this short application form
  1. Join the RnDAO Discord server, introduce yourself in #introductions, and mention your interest in the Meetwith venture.
  1. Bonus: Ship something early — fix a bug, suggest a UX tweak, or build a small feature. Show, don’t tell. The more you contribute, the more you’ll own.
