Multisig Transfer Process
Summary: To finalize the transfer from BanklessDAO to Black Flag DAO, the final step is to swap SAFE treasury multisigners to our newly elected Flag Keepers.

  1. New keepers submit subsequent transactions to add the next keeper, and subsequent keepers are added.
  1. Gas will be reimbursed.
