    • Nine countries with this situation
  • How might we build something like a Panama DAO as a stable portfolio management
    • Have been tracking since last february

    • Have thoughts around UI/UX for governance
  • Josh: Should look at for a standard coming out this evening on proposal types
    • Goes into depth for more complicated financial moves that DAOs can go through
    • Would be nice to get input on that and open for public comment

    • Josh: Still in draft format
    • Will take awhile for the ERC standard to settle
    • Might be pushing some changes:
      • Manager interfaces
      • More easily maintain and register contracts

    • Is there any concern of limiting innovation potential by having this standard?
    • Josh:
      • Thought about this a lot during initial discussions
      • Reason we went with an off-chain standard
      • Didn’t want to prevent innovation in terms of on-chain
      • Minimal EIP
        • Only thing that’s necessary is a DAO URI
