Identify initial list target list (based upon current campaigns) and create a simple status tracking (Notion project mgr template)
Creation of a user interview process
Questionnaire template
Standardized recordings and summary
Creation of a simple 2-4 slides overview of MW for user interviews (benefits, use cases)
Communications process to update product team (i.e. most common themes, “outlying opportunities”)
Follow up with user after interview - engagement for their next steps (MW Discord invite?), “try the product out for 15 days” & how they give feedback
Complete first set of interviews from target list (initial target is 15-20 user interviews) - “frens of frens network”.
