Introduction:
Hello, I’m Amanda and I’ll be taking you through the testing today.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to help us today. I’ll be asking you to complete a few tasks and then asking a few questions at the end.
I have a few questions for you before we start
- Have you done usability testing/anything like this before?
- Have you worked in more than one organization at a time?

- How did you communicate with other team members when working between multiple companies?

- How do you currently schedule meetings with a group of people?

For context about the tasks we are not testing you or your abilities. We are testing our product and the usability of the design.
Please think out loud and walk us through your thoughts as you go through each action and be as honest as possible. All of your feedback is going to help improve the product.

Context About Group Feature:
Have you experienced the frustration that can come with scheduling a meeting with one person or a group of people. It can take a long time to figure out everyone’s availability because of time zones, being on different teams, multiple platforms, and lack of visibility into others schedules.
Does this sound familiar to you?
This is why we have created the feature you will be testing.
Tasks:
- Scenario: You meet regularly with a team and it takes a lot of work to send them individual invites for each meeting
- Please show me how you would create a group of 2 members that will be at this meeting
- Look at my groups page and get their thoughts of what they think is being conveyed to them - gauging understanding
- Can you please add a person who is an admin member
- Scenario: Now that you’ve created the group and added everyone
- Please show me how you would schedule a meeting and you don’t won’t to invite jon and find early afternoon meeting
- What do you think of this screen? How would you navigate through this screen to schedule a meeting?
Follow Up Questions:
- Is the ease of use of a platform more important than the security of the product?
- Please explain more.
- Would you use this group scheduling feature over the platforms your currently using for scheduling group meetings?
- Why or why not?
- Does the security of MWW increase your chances of using the group feature over the platforms you’re currently using for group scheduling/other platforms like calendly?
- Do you notice any features from our product that are different from other group scheduling platforms?
- If so, what are they?
- Do the features you listed make you any more likely to use our product?
- Would it be helpful to your work flow to have groups of people already made that you could have meetings with?
- Is there anything that you thought was missing in the design?
- Is there anything that you really liked with this design?
