In general, I’d like RnDAO’s advice on how to balance time on product development, brand/thought leadership development, community building and revenue generation over the next year.
Strategy Goals
- Publishing our Whitepaper - can RnDAO support with review/structure?
- Community building with other decentralised AI projects - Can RnDAO host events with us to collaborate with other decentralised AI projects?
Fundraising Goals
- £80,000 over the year - we’re hoping to get £60,000 from Bethnal Green Ventures. Can RnDAO help with additional grants/investor connections?
Tech Goals
1. QA of Context-Aware Toxicity Detection Models
- Establish QA framework and testing protocols for context-aware models
- Complete baseline accuracy testing across 3-5 different community contexts
- Document performance gaps between generic vs. context-aware approaches
- Achieve 80%+ accuracy rate in context-specific toxicity detection
- Complete comparative analysis showing improvement over generic models
- Finalise QA processes for future model deployments
2. Community Governance & RLHF Systems
- Design governance framework for community decision-making on model training
- Prototype basic RLHF interface for community feedback collection
- Test voting/consensus mechanisms with pilot groups
3. On-Chain Sharing Mechanisms
- Research and design technical architecture for on-chain model sharing
- Prototype basic smart contracts for model access and attribution
- Deploy testnet version of sharing mechanism
