Poll Description
Quorum for all governance polls, including elections, will begin at 10% of Tier 3 membership for the remainder of Season 5. This percentage will be revisited each season, to be increased or scaled back depending on governance engagement. Quorum will not exceed 66% (approximately 2/3) of Tier 3 membership.
