- Research (Drea): collabtech ecosystem mapping and identification of collabtech problems (similar to the work we're doing in TogetherCrew mapping different possibilities or with IDconnector)
- Talent attraction (Aleksandr): attract and select EiRs and cofounders primarily, and contributors secondarily.
- EiR program (Aleksandr): research mentorship for EiRs to validate a solution and build a pitch deck.
- Venture Support (?): support as fractional cofounders our ventures (current portfolio + graduates from EiR)
- Venture Reporting: monitor portfolio health.
- Venture support: hands-on fractional cofounder services.
- current ventures: CommonGround, Harmonica, TogetherCrew, and Meetwith
- Venture playbooks: create, update, and apply venture playbooks.
- Mentors network: cultivate a network of mentors and make intros.
- Swarm collaboration: functional guilds, speed networking,
- Investment Committee (Daniel): Approves Opportunity Briefs coming out of the Research team, venture pitches coming out of the EiR, and applications from external ventures for incubation. Also develop the Investment Thesis.
Ecosystem Success
Makes sure the engine has fuel and it's getting exponentially more efficient and attractive.
- Strategy, Sales & Fundraising (Daniel): facilitating strategy process and ensuring RnDAO remains solvent through ecosystem partnerships, fundraising, and approving budgets.
- Stakeholder Reporting:
- preparing impact assessments and reports for ecosystem partners.
- in the future, investor updates.
- Ops (Rezvan): admin and compliance e.g. contributor payments, cashflow projections, RnDAO legals, access management, subscriptions, etc.
- Marketing (Cori): RnDAO brand and comms. Day-to-day, supports talent attraction and venture support, reporting, community & community partners, and special projects.
- Special projects (Roso): running mini-programs like the cofounder match-making with Arbitrum, Hackathons, pitchdays, etc.
