How do I create a Tribes subscription?

Create a tribes subscription object in the database here: https://gitcoin.co/_administrationdashboard/tribessubscription/add/

The tribe (read: organization) should then be able to access pro-level features. Users who are under that organization can execute featured actions. If you add a subscription to a user then that will create issues.

If a user is not part of the organization (because they are not part of the Github organization), despite the organization having pro-level features, the user will not be able to use them. An administrator from Gitcoin will have to add that user to the organization manually.

Why doesn't the user already have organizations he/she owns?

We fetch user organizations from GitHub profiles, but in GitHub they can choose to show or not this information publicly, if it is set to private, then Gitcoin will not automatically set the user organization and it will need to be set manually.
