Additional Notes
In order to incentivize the action to initiate an AMA series with high-profile guests at a weekly cadence, we’re asking for a one time grant of 1.75M BANK. Our mission is to increase engagement on the BanklessDAO YouTube channel and generate revenue for BanklessDAO through sponsorships.
Cost Breakdown:
Operations: 750,000
- Preparation with the organizations, both in terms of content and financial arrangements surrounding sponsorship
- Making appointments and hopefully 2nd and 3rd meetings to finalize everything
The AMA
Marketing: 600,000
- Strategic marketing approach (different for every ama, because every time a totally different subject
- Working out scripts for various social media channels based on popular keywords for BanklessDAO and the organization
- Actively engage on social media before and after AMA
AV/Design: 200,000
- Video Editing
- Banner Design for each episode
- Rotating 3D vector of sponsorship logos + QR Codes
Research: 200,000
- Preliminary research for talking points and interesting angles based on the audience
- Keyword research
Total = 1.75M BANK
Proposed KPIs
Viewership per AMA - Goal: 1k views per week on YouTube, 50%+ Listen Through Rate
• Develop a marketing strategy that consists of effective keyword usage on YouTube, and Twitter, and pinning promotional tweets of the weekly episodes on the BanklessDAO Twitter to maximize our reach.
• Develop a rhythm that consists of a teaser to hook our audience into the topic of the episode, base our talking points around the topics that get the most engagement within their community and communities within their niche. Close out the episode with a call-to-action that is based on the theme of the episode.
Revenues brought into the DAO - Goal: 5 Sponsors, 10k/Month
• Develop relationships with potential sponsors based on mission alignment with BanklessDAO, and to expand the growth of the DAOlationships CRM in the process. We sent sponsorship proposals to Parcel and Cult DAO, and we're currently waiting for their feedback.
