  • any contributors above 20 hrs/week are eligible, who’ve been around more than 3 months
  • $2000/yr (per “ft” contributor)
  • Reach out to your 😱manager🥶 & propose some ways to use this budget, they’ll help you with getting it paid for. See below some suggestions of coaches, courses, and books. You can of course go outside this list - it’s all about finding the best resource for your specific growth area. Consider how you might give a “teachback” of the skills you learned, and share that during a Friday team demo day!

  • Clarifying Questions: Kyle: Why does CSDO need to approve this vs workstream leads disbursing funds? Loie: Workstreams should create and give out the budget for the initiative Joe: Is this under workstream responsibilities? Loie: Maybe it should be DAO Ops vs workstreams - more thinking should be done around it maybe
