As a [user], I want [some goal or feature], so that [some reason].
As a (beginner, junior, experienced) Project Manager in the PM Guild at Bankless DAO, I want a glossary of relevant project management terms so that…
  • Beginner - I can reference back to them when taking the Intro To Web3 PM course
  • Beginner/Junior - I have something to refer to while learning for more explicit definitions
  • Junior - They will help me understand project management and it’s terminology when engaging in my project.
  • Experienced - I can continue to build the list out for beginner and junior PMs that I am teaching and upskilling.
We have an academy course for INTRO TO PM, the course is aimed at members of the guild who want to learn PMing in web3 and also to folks that are interested in web3 PM. We might have cases where a user taking the course might come across some terms they might not be familiar with. This glossary is aimed to tackle that, alongside the academy course, this glossary aims to help bring new and existing PMs to web3 PMing with well explained and interactive courses/lessons.
Submission must be in a google doc with edit access open.
