Thanks for agreeing to host the table discussion as a KERNEL Representative. Your interview slot is tomorrow, December 1st, from 12PM ET - 1PM ET. Please let us know ASAP if you can't join.

Here are the current table assignments for tomorrow. It's possible these will change slightly, but our hope is to keep them stable. 

Here are some tips for the interview:  

Review the profiles of KERNEL Interviewees. This will help you come in with some background on the people you'll be speaking with tomorrow!

Re-read the Trust Module. Use this as a baseline for discussion, but feel free to take the conversation into other places so you can learn more about the applicants.

Fill out the KERNEL Evaluation Form within 24 hours of interview.

The final step is the most important. We want to know which category each KERNEL Interviewee falls into: 

Definitely Ready for KERNEL (Top 5%)

Ready for KERNEL

KERNEL Quality, Not Yet

Not KERNEL Quality
