Ops Apprentice Program

Scope
The OPS guild is the first action packed guild in bDAO, with everything we do and say in the DAO, its overall health and management is being run by the OPS part of the DAO, without the OPS Guild we will have a DAO where everything is in chaos, considering we’re working in a space where you and only you is liable for what you say or do. We have roles to make sure everything is kept in a clean state, but how about this said role holders ? they manage so much you’d guess right off the bat, they have less time to manage their own affairs HAHA!!! Jokes aside, sometimes the work might be a little too much for them to handle, and what if they have to take a break, or have to be at an important IRL event ? How do they cope ? This is where the apprentice program comes in, they get to help the role holder execute their roles on time and even better they get to divide and conquer the role together with no hassle.
 
Role Details
The apprentice coordinator responsibilities include and not limited to :
  • Work with role holders to the develop apprentice program for their respective roles.
  • Highlight and list the task that’ll be assigned to each apprentice for each role listed (Mostly 5}
  • Discuss the renumeration for the apprentice role, depending on the amount of hours per week put in.
  • 2-3 hrs per week, depending on the level of activity might spend more time
