Outcome Summary
This proposal passed. The Tactical Tuesday and Strategic Friday CSDO calls will go through an organizational update to improve the structure and usefulness of the calls.
Proposal

- Tactical Tuesday calls
- Format:
- Every Tuesday
- 2 representatives per workstream, ideally ws lead(s) + scribe
- Moderated by Kris, integrative decision making (as needed) + voted on topics + quick discuss strategy proposals (Fri)
- Decisions:
- Add your rough proposals on Murmur w/ deadline + share the link in the CSDO discord + in notes here
- ALTERNATIVE:
- Add notes just in Notion before the call (//leadership call) and reserve 10’ reading time at start of the call
- Processing
- IF no big objections / no further discussions needed
- Simplified route:
- no objections = Passed.
- objections = murmur or integrative decision (time dependent)
- IF objections / live discussion needed = integrative decision
- Proposal needs must impact 3 or more WSs or DAO wide
- Discussion:
- Max max 5-10’ per topic - if time left we return to topic. If more time needed, we add to Friday strategy call agenda.
- ALTERNATIVE:
- Require all WS leads to give a quick update per WS with a focus on points where you might need support/would love input
- Option to extend this call to 90’
- Strategic Friday calls
- Format
- Every other Friday
- Pre-reading required (!)
- 2 representatives per workstream, ideally ws lead(s) + scribe + max 1-2 (!) topic specialists
- Time split over proposed topics in preceding tuesday calls
- Moderated by topic provider (OP), by Kris or by Sam (monthly), for now: works with handraising, we follow the order, limit crosstalk
- ALTERNATIVE: keep monthly cadence if we go to 90’ calls
