“Transaction Failed” but Payment still processed?

I accidentally bought two shirts.

I bought a shirt with WETH and ran the gas as “aggressive” and got the message that the “Transaction Failed” on the USM site.

So, I bought a second shirt and manually upped the gas limit and that one also gave me a “Transaction Failed” message

But according to MetaMask one shirt did process for 0.0147 WETH and one was stuck in processing

The stuck transaction had to be canceled

GenX confirmed the other transaction reached the USM Gnosis safe

No coupon code was generated to complete shirt sale
