Thank you for joining us in exploring KERNEL over the past few months. We're excited to extend you an offer to join KERNEL Block 2. Congratulations! 

Each journey through KERNEL is a unique, individual story. Each story intertwines with others — namely, your incredible cohortmates in Block II. Each KERNEL Fellow is highly talented, introspective, and brings a unique flavor to Web 3. There are artists, writers, researchers, designers, and entrepreneurs. KERNEL Fellows represent 50 countries, 25+ top universities, and the best companies across Web 2 and Web 3. It is simply, a group of incredible humans.

Ultimately, the success of KERNEL (the 16 learning modules, the build tracks for DeFi, tokens, or security) will not be if you 'learn the materials'. It will be if we foster lifelong relationships amongst KERNEL Fellows. And it will be if the KERNEL Fellowship helps you deepen your relationship with yourself. 

In the next 8 weeks, starting Jan 12, 2020, we hope to co-create a wonderful Web 3 adventure which begins (not ends) at the end of the cohort. Acceptance is opting into a lifelong community - so choose wisely 🙂

To accept your slot in the KERNEL Block II, send a payment of $300 in ETH/DAI to the [KERNEL Grant](https://gitcoin.co/grants/855/kernel) and share the transaction hash of the payment in this Airtable form. The deadline for a response is Dec 15th. 

We try hard to ensure cost isn't a reason teams do not join for KERNEL, so please communicate if this is an issue on your side. For confirmed KERNEL Projects, we will be following up shortly with more information about the program, including a fun place to meet the KERNEL Fellows from Block II.
