  • Governance Department could be the place to go to brainstorm strategic priorities
    • Make it very inviting and open to community members
  • feels like there’s a general lack of accountability in some guilds, the need to have KPIs might be a good thing in subsequent seasons.
  • form a workgroup to compile the ideas presented in mirro and report back to the department on various things to focus on going forward.
  • We should probably bring back the CNP
