Vision
BanklessDAO is a decentralised autonomous organisation that acts as a steward of the Bankless Movement progressing the world towards a future of greater freedom. BanklessCNDAO keeps this goal in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
S4 Goal: Completely decentralised and lay the groundwork for the possibility of subDAO
Organisational Structure
Elections for role holders will be open for 5 days.
A person cannot hold more than one guild role at the same time.
Candidates for roles and roleholders must be Level 1 at the time of application and throughout the season.
1) Content manager - 1000/m
- Purpose: Responsible for the dework tasks management. Ensure the number and quality of articles every month on substack. Update CN contents on Notion and Discord, verify they are up to date and consistent, supervise the creation of CN contents.Resposibilities: - Dework & Notion tasks for CN - Articles on CN Substack - Proposals and Docs for CN
- Sucess Criteria: Make sure the connection among dework, notion and substack always in the right track. Configures effective contents output for CN.
2) Marketing manager - 2000/m (Opening)
- Propose: Responsible for the social media increment, scaling BanklessCN influence via marketing approach, producing content and initiating events for content marketing
- Responsibility:
- Responsible for the social media increment, including social media data monitoring and analysis
- Open a monthly bounty for marketing and take the lead.
- Initiate and execute and optimise the marketing plan based on the goals which follows the current season plan, if not, try to fix the issue.
- Produce contents and build the work flows for each social channel in the current social media matrix.
- Increase the brand awareness of CN node and CN node's engagement with various orgs and KOLs who share the same vision with Bankless DAO.
- Increase the engagement and collaboration between CN node and other IMNs.
Success Criteria:
- Make sure the increase meets the lowest KPI
- Keep continuous content initiatives going well on the social media matrix.
- Keep building the connection network for BanklessCN
3) Governance coordinator - 1000/m
- Purpose: To ensure we adhere to our governance process and act as a guide to help members self-navigate/participate
- Responsibilities:
- Act as a guide to people interested in writing proposals and navigating the governance framework
- Monitor that we’re following the agreed-to framework and provide feedback and advice where we’re not (i.e. highlight that perhaps a revision proposal to the framework appears to be emerging)
- Encourage awareness and participation in proposal feedback and votes
- Ensure that multi-sig signers are aware of concluded vote results and executing transactions
- Success Criteria
- Complete the governance framework draft and get it voted in S5
- Members are aware of the governance framework and how to submit a proposal or initiate a vote.
- All the opinions and feedback on governance are appropriately handled.
4)Coordinator - 1000/m
- Purpose: Responsible for weekly meetings (simple notes, start on time, end on time, fluid rhythm) Contact with other nodes.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain weekly meeting’s notes
- Prepare for meetings’ agenda
- Starts the meetings on time
- Maintain smooth connection with other nodes
- Success Criteria
- Each weekly meeting can starts on time except that members agree to re-schedule it
- Each weekly meeting held has a note and agenda
- Other nodes can have a point-of-contact
5) Onboarding manager - 1000/m
- Purpose: Set up and maintain the onboarding process, and ensure the process is aligned with the goal of BanklessDAO and BanklessCN DAO.
- Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new members.
- Create and update the new member handbook.
- Act as a mentor for newcomers, set up office hours 1+ hours/week.
- Organise new member profiles, and gather experience feedback from new members.
- Prepare and organise cohort orientation sessions once per week if necessary (new members > 3/week).
Success Criteria:
- Set up a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process, complete and maintain the newcomers guidence book, and onboard new members.
