Description / What is your motivation?
The goal of Ethereum Explorer is to actively grow the network of talented, skilled people with the right experience to scale Ethereum, in order to make us more visible, more resilient, and more diverse in the immediate future.
The goal is to start small and humble with
- a lot of linked resources
- an interactive repository of projects and people
- a peer-reviewed & managed database of blockchain education
- a CMS of job postings in the space
And then slowly scale to become a fully interactive & living network, a standard reference point w/
- volunteer & paid onboarding with blockchain 101 events
- a self-helping discord community
- learning modules
- networking events
- podcast focusing on values/fundamentals

All of this if funding is secured.
The focus is technical nor financial. Devs/traders are naturally drawn to this space.
The goal of Ethereum Explorer is to attract people with some years of professional experience (30+?) and a track record of proven soft skills in a number of 'other' categories.
Some examples of profiles (+ soft skills):
- Communicators (community organization, writing, public speaking, storytelling, design, ...)
- Leaders (conflict resolution, decision making, facilitation, mentoring, meeting management, ...)
- Critical Thinkers (research, innovation, problem-solving, troubleshooting, ...)
