Unit proposal: Boogie Down Design & Studio

I propose a new unit of RnDAO, named `Boogie Down Design & Studio' (BDDS), that supports application development in the domain of distributed self-governance through utilization of new research at the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence (AI). At its inception, BDDS focuses on so-called `Neural-Symbolic AI' (NSAI) wherein inductive generative Large-Language Models (LLMs) are combined with deductive Knowledge Bases (KB) to provide a structured interface between deductive human knowledge and inductive AI inferences.
