        1. What grants shouldn’t be allowed? What security vulnerabilities do DAOs face?
        1. What’s a crazy 3 week long build that you’d love to do?
        1. How would you envision decentralizing Gitcoin (the product)?

      • 1-1 Onboarding Call: 5 points
      • Manual Applicant Review: 1 point

      • (possibly add in being a buddy/mentor as an item with points -Armand)
      • If you are paid by the DAO for an ongoing role, multiply your total points *.5 to get your share of the payout.
      • Last call of the month go through the sheet, evaluate + calibrate
      • Reserve 10% as 'wiggle room'
      • Talk to Chrisdean re: how the payments actually get sent out from multisig
