This proposal passed, and the following were voted “safe to try”:
  • Off seasons with green/yellow/red reviews of budget and always-on cross functional reviews for workstreams
  • Proceed with similar budgets in S16 as S15
  • Have larger scale budget discussions in S16
Proposal

    • We should all be reviewing current OKRs now
    • Next week should be used to plan with your WS.
    • Oct 17th, call with Sam to discuss the drafted OKRs
    • Decision - What should we be doing for this upcoming season (& future seasons)
      • Scott made a proposal, Lindsey had a proposal as well.
      • Checking in, any decisions on how we proceed?
        • Lindsey - Feels stalled out, no progress on request for clarification
        • Kris - A request for comments on existing documents are welcome, but mainly trying to figure out in this call what to do
        • Lindsey - Abandon proposal or pass? Don’t like either. How do we scale?
        • Janine - When analyzing where priorities lie, nervous about the protocol contributor’s time (mine, scott, etc). Spending the next couple weeks on budgets adds strain.
