0xLucas will step in for frog in the Ops guild helping to structure the Ops guilds work.

Update on Sobol

• Sobol triggered Discords anti spam mechanism. This needs to be fixed by Discord. In the meantime people can go straight to the Sobol page (AAJ or 0xLucas will put out a quick announcement out for members who did not get the DM from Sobol to reach out to the Cartographers).

• Cartographers will ramp up activities to make sure as many members as possible register with Sobol.

 

Brainstorming on responsibilities on Ops guild

• Refinement of the Ombuds role and refining the relationship to the Ops guild
Coach on discussion with him and frog: Ombuds should be the final stop. Potentially community manager could be people in the DAO with a high EQ that coach people on the culture. But we still need the guidelines to kick people out the DAO if they do not respect the DAO culture of inclusivity. At this last resort stage the Ombuds come into play. Coach stressed that he thinks behaviour sanctioning needs to be made publicly not bilateral. Joe prefers a nuanced approach.
Ops guild should play a central role in outlining the framework that we can deal with those challenges even in a more scaled version of the DAO a few months from now.

AAJ or 0xLucas will put out a quick announcement out for members who did not get the DM from Sobol to reach out to the Cartographers

Setup a meeting Ops guild x Ombuds to clarify the roles of both in conflict handling (Coach is managing this). Coachs document should be handed over to Ombuds to have them create a more final forum post on their role.
