  • People aren’t sure where to go to next
  • Hard to see where people could fit
  • Hiring coordinator connect with squad leaders - build a pool of talent
  • Positions we haven’t aren’t really updated - new notion page
  • Referrals mostly come from friends of contributors
  • Season 14- will take new people
 
DAO Ops:
  • Hiring a lot. Not necessarily through the airtable. A number of the roles are through the community.
    • Treasury and user lead - more tailored search
  • Need a process that is not a complete time suck - that is the goal
    • Who needs to be in the angellist for example
  • Contributor front: Not a lot of interest.
  • Loie: Is it a failure of advertising? It’s governance, people operations, things that a lot of people enjoy
    • Hiring flow: bottle necking at JDs
    • Jodi: We don’t emphasize advisory
    • DAO ops rebrand???
Maybe there’s the future where DAO Ops provides full servies depending on what’s needed from an ops and strategy group. Yet to be determined

    • Trusted - you can go straight to this
    • Core - come from trusted contributors
  • Substreams
  • MMM Open Bounties - Loie has a contributor asking abt these

  • People are moving over right now from Holdings.
  • Pay Coordinator - has a person in mind. Convo in the works
  • Not a lot of visibility yet. Has a backlog of onboarding, not posting for anything specifically. Product people will help shape this.

    • Tigress has taken a position
  • Technical writer for documentation. (RoboTeddy)
